Lists: An anxiety-reducing tool

I've been writing lists for years. Sticky-notes all over my work space. In small piles and scattered; colours of the rainbow a pretty contrast to my black desk.

A phone upgrade with a note taking app removed the paper all together (almost); shopping lists, reminders and lists were carried with me everywhere my phone and I went.

Starting the business brought back an A4 size notebook (welcome back paper) and with that,

'to do' lists live within those pages.

And what a difference it can make to my state of mind, with or without a list.

Without: anxiety, stress, pressure, feeling a little overwhelmed, unproductive...

With: direction, structure, productivity, a feeling of achievement when something is ticked off...

And less anxiety.
